I find if I eat a good breakfast weather it be a protein shake w fruit such as a banana or blue berries will help me keep track on my intake of food for the rest of the day. If I am stressed I find myself rushing straight home and grabbing a vodka drink.. I tell myself I will go to gym or take a walk but end up sitting on the couch having a couple drinks.. Is there any thing I can do that can keep me on track the way my shake or breakfast does?

throw to trash vodka bottle first. make nice playlist and always listen them, get yourself some motivation and dance in front of the mirror. :)
