Well I am doing good during the day but not eating enough possibly. Fruit for breakfast sets of cravings for the whole day. Bacon and eggs every day is not good but it seems to keep me on track when I eat that in the morning. The answer might be adding a different form or protein to my breakfast.
I am still at 145 which is nice, given I have gone totally astray. I think Paleo is not the diet of choice right now. I think Atkins my mind feels it can stick too. I have been increasing my carbs and increasing them till I feel all these cheats are gonna hinder my progress!
I am not craving much but tonight I had a sandwich and I enjoyed it!
I hope to be under 140 by the end of Aug. That is about 30 days away. I know I can do it! That would be success to me for sure.
