Diario de Gisme, 23 jul. 13

Not being to great with the Atkins in a way. I had a bunch of carbs in my salad roll this am. I am going to join the site and soak up all I can about OWL and etc.

Hope I dont meet an Atkins Nazi like one I met previously on this website.

Exercize has been up so the weight gain isnt all a huge surpise but I had garlic toast and popcorn and potato last night..yikes..date night and they happen so few I felt I worked out hard so I splurged. Didnt eat the bread in the onion soup and forwent the salad.

I still eat a lot less then I used to but I dont seem to be losing very quickly right now. I also don't want to give up when I am not even half way there.

Positive! I turned it around somewhat today, and tomorrow is a new day.

I love the Chicken Salad rolls from Pei Wei! Those were really a good choice - and the rest of your day has been great! It's all a learning process. I found lots of good into on the Atkins site - I usually don't comment, but read along for tips. Hang in there - you can do it!
