Wow, I have been beyond stressed this week. I feel like I have been living in my car shuttling the kids around non-stop. And, unfortunately in my book, stress = eating. I CRAVE chocolate when I am stressed. So, I have taken the plunge and joined the 'no chocolate for 4 weeks' challenge. OMG, this will probably be the hardest thing I have ever tried to do in my life, no joke. Chocolate is a staple food for me. It is a celebration food, down-in-the-dumps food, angry food, nervous food, hungry-right-now food, and general favorite for me. This was the first day of the challenge, and it was definitely a challenge. I'm hoping I can eliminate my constant need if I can make it that long. I feel like I am going through detox already LOL.
