Diario de Gisme, 21 jul. 13

Atkins stage 2 starts tomorrow. Gotta decide what to do with it. Bought Honeydew and Cantaloupe and excited to eat that. Excited to eat more vegetables too. I am not sure if I should be eating bacon and eggs every single morning. I am sure the bacon is not all that healthy. Need to consider other breakfast options that done involved processed/cured meat. Ideas????



My friend said I look quite a bit thinner since she saw me last. She notices my stomach is wayyyy smaller.

Well I know what I want, sometimes it doesnt happen as fast as Id like but I sure am not knocking 10 lbs weight loss in a month. It has been a month tomorrow.

Great for you! Sometimes we dont see out progress in our bodies, but when someone else notices it, makes us feel great! Im still in induction, so i have not yet explored other options, more experienced people will help you better. Only advice, keep moving :)
