Food shouldn't be something that makes you feel "good" or "bad". It really helped me when I stopped judging myself for how much I ate. Its just choices. Not a moral judgement on you. Think about other people, are they "bad" people if they eat too much? Are they "good" people if they eat too little? No, it's totally separate. I'm surprised you made the jump like that. You seemed pretty convinced you were too full already! You can do this. You can learn to make balanced choices. It will take some time, but you can do it!
