Diario de Gisme, 08 jul. 13

Worked out today at the gym at work, joined two classes that are fairly challenging for mondays and thursdays at my job. Nothing better then having a gym literally on the ground floor of the office building and a completely flexible job where I can take my lunch whenever and however I like.

On another note, Today marks the two week mark of induction. I have lost 8 lbs total (not the 15 I was hoping for) and two inches around my waist. I am staying on induction until I get down to 140. I have seven more lbs until I can add more carbs back. I am not stopping at 145. I might even be close to 145 now but because of monthly hormonal reasons the scale wont reflect.

It is stampeed week here in town and at work and there is a free rodeo and free dinners and free drinks, and I cannot partake in the drinks! Oh well being thin and healthy is better then anything else period!
