I have to agree with jsfantome about the budget. I have found that with me not eating as much processed foods that I do not spend as much. Usually a meal for my husband and I is a piece of meat and a vegetable for dinner. Breakfast is eggs and either sausage or bacon. Lunch consists of a salad or meat and vegetables. You also tend to eat less so there is the savings there. If my husband wants bread, pasta or rice I cook enough for him to have 1 to 2 servings. About the only thing that I eat that is processed is the atkins bars. They are very good by the way. My intent however is to get to the point that I rarely use those and instead make my own desserts.
As far as your loss. I would check out the atkins website. It is very helpful in finding out why you have stalled or are not losing as much. It could be as simple as not drinking enough water or you may be eating to many hidden carbs. Good Luck!!
