Diario de nikkolas, 22 sep. 10

Had a good day today, on my 2nd week of induction. I am really surprised how this Atkins style of eating (notice i do not say diet) has curbed my appetite, which has got to be a good thing.

Really enjoying the food still, and noticed today how my work trousers are getting looser, was walking along holding them up with one hand...lol. Will have to punch another hole in my belt.


So its so far so good, I so hope I am doing this right. I am following the rules but not feeling hungry, its difficult to know if the weights coming off or not.

Still work trousers dont lie, so i will weigh myself Sunday and hope to be pleasantly surprised.

Congratulations, you are feeling what a lot of Atkineers are feeling - the loss of the carb monster and having control of your appetite. Isn't it wonderful? I haven't been in control of my eating, ever, not like this. I am so not hungry most of the time and when I do eat, it doesn't take as long to be satisfied. Good luck on your journey.
