nevermind,just look back at diary to when you were having losses and follow that again i see that you had a gain like i did when starting out'..why do we do that?!just take it one day at a time seems to be the only way it works for me feel proud when you have a good eat day its just so dam easy to put it on and ten times harder to get it off again!it took me 6 months last year to lose 10kg and only 6 weeks to put it back on this year!!i now realise its about constant lifestyle change and just trying to be good 99%of the time good luck for rest of week you can do it..youve had losses before,look at your chart-you had some good losses cheers di
