Diario de Danya P, 05 abr. 13

Ok, so the diet has been pretty sketchy, haven't been entering my food regularly. Went one whole year entering religiously, now not so much. I am feeling like I am back on track with eating habits and exercise. Not entering food still. Not sure how I am going to approach this. I would like to not enter daily, getting tired of it, going to go one week, and try to lose a pound without entering. See how it goes. If not well, I will begin the recording process again, need to lose that 9 pounds. If I could do that and maintain. I will be happy.
