Are you doing the 28day diet? Day 1 is chicken and only 1 type of veg. I lost a lot of weight on this diet, it is great! Good luck!

Hi Yvette Bam 1. 🙂 Yes, I'm trying it out. It was supposed to be Chicken and Brocoli, but my darling partner doesn't get that mushrooms and peppers were not supposed to be included. 😅 Your motivating me with your results, Thank you. I hope I'm as successful 😏

I'm not gonna lie to you, it is hard! But stick it through! Don't make the same mistake I did though... In about 18months I picked up everything I lost and now I've lost about 1/4 of that again calorie counting! Due to a stomach ulcer I can't do it again, it is just too little calories (and I don't think I'll ever be that motivated in my life again 🙇) But I'll keep an eye on your progress!
