I had another very good morning working out with weights for my shoulders & arms. I also got in my 300 situps which I missed doing while on Vacation. I'm still feeling very confident in getting back into my routine of daily exercise and eating right.

Last night I probably had more spaghetti than I should've but since it was whole wheat I cut myself a little slack. I don't plan on having nearly as many carbs today since I'm planning to have chicken breast for lunch and Chicken Thighs & veggies for dinner. I just might skip the Ben & Jerrys tonight but better said then done, imo! ;-)
