Had a good cardio day yesterday with 2.25 mile run in 20:28 and finished off with Ab RipperX. Slowly but surely starting to get my kickback!
Had a great P90X Back & Bicep workout this morning and finished off with a mile run in 8:58! Biceps were screaming today ... Felt great! Continue to keep working and raising my cardio intensity. I still need to start eating cleaner atleast during the week if not all 7 days.

Got in a tough workout in doing Chest/Shoulder/Tris this morning. Finished off with a 1 mile run too. I'm still not 100% healthy yet but getting close and I'm glad I was able to push through.
I'm drinking my Water and eating healthy for the most part. Looking forward to tomorrow mornings Cardio day!

Started the week off with some cardio ... a 2-mile run and Ab RipperX. Still trying to recover from a sinus headcold that I've been fighting since Friday. I'm hoping the week gets better going forward.
Oh yeah, we have a Hurricane headed our way and is suppose to make landfall sometime around Thursday/Friday. Oh well, that's Florida for ya!

Had a great cardio HIIT workout this morning with a 1 mile warmup run and then (10) 1/8 mile sprints with 1 min rest period (4mph walk).
Finished off the morning workout with Ab RipperX. Legs are really feeling it today ... can you say JELLO! Took less than 45 minutes from beginning to end to complete entire workout which was awesome!
Keep working and GATA!!!

Another good workout this morning doing my P90X Shoulders, Bi & Tri session. I could tell the 3-week layoff had some effect on my overall strength to where I last left off. Hopefully, it won't take long to get back to my numbers for both inches and lifting weight. Also, got in a short jump rope session (~5 minutes) to help stretch out the muscles and get the blood flowing.
Unfortunately, I cheated today eating a Strawberry Cream Puff pastry and some cheesecake danish when it was brought in by management as a treat. Oh well, we only live once and I ain't perfect!
Looking forward to Cardio day tomorrow with another HITT session!
BRING IT!!!
