getting really frustrated. i am eating right and jogging about 2 miles + about 1 mile walking everyday, but my loss has totally stalled. i tried eating more because i thought i was not eating enough. but, nope that didn't change anything. not sure where to go at this point.

Try changing it up a bit. Do a different type of exercise. Lighten up on how much water you are taking in. are you close to the end of your monthly cycle? That will usually halt my weight loss. You are doing great, don't get discouraged.

thanks. just read a couple articles, and it did say change my workout up. i am going to try and incorporate more strength training. it said that's good. didn't think about the water. i try and drink at the very least 64 oz each day. lately actually getting in quite a bit more than that. not near my cycle so don't think its that, but going to try and change things up and hope for the best. =D
