Quite enjoying this low carb diet, I find there are lots of new items to east instead of pastas, breads, and rice.
I am less hungry as well! yay. Dieting is not hard when I just cut out the main culprits that add the most filler/calories.
Today I ate an egg and two pieces of bacon, vegetable soup with no noodles etc in it, spinach salad with peppers, cucumbers, onions, and then for dinner spaghetti squash and half a steak and for dessert nothing better then cantaloupe and cottage cheese...mmm mmmmmm.
