Hi Gisme: I'm struggling with belly fat as well...Found out that part of what is keeping me back from losing weight is stress. Another is that I don't make my metabolism burn hot enough. So I'm starting to meditate once a day - and now I have to figure out how to make my metabolism burn hot. Really envy you that you are already doing the hardest part which is exercising(at least for me).
