I have been sticking really close to my KETO macros. I am down 9 lbs since I started the stricter counting. I have 11# to drop to be to my next goal. I am hoping to reach it by my birthday August 9--but our 50th anniversary is the day before. No cheating if I am going to maintain or drop weight.
