Diario de Katsolo, 20 jun. 19

Finally got the hang of using my cast iron pan again (someone scrubbed it for me) and made two pretty good eggs less the broken yolk. There is definitely a trick to it, medium heat, wait for it to heat up versus the non-stick aluminum type pan, but I'm there. I do miss my oatmeal. Didn't weigh myself this morning as I was in a rush to beat the trash truck and didn't realize it until I was dressed and sitting at my desk. Tomorrow will be fine. Did well eating yesterday, got in a good swim session and kicks with no issues this time. I ate a couple walnuts, some cheese and some dark chocolate chips before.

Today is going to be another marathon, but doable. Carry on!

I just realized that today is the 20th of June. That means I have 11 days to walk almost 50 miles. And swim. Guess I'm walking the dogs the long route tonight (and every other night the rest of the month.

Goal is 132.4, I'm at 87.3. That's a lot of miles left, AND the app just deleted the 87.3 miles for some reason. Not gonna panic, will just keep going.
