Just went for a 30 min walk during my lunch break and it feels great! No time for excercise outside of work.

I'm hoping to have some more time and sign up for yoga classes next month (mid month). Looking forward to hopefully lose some inches.

Not sure why, but I gained 4 lbs overnight. My muscles are sore, so I'm hoping that I'm retaining water and that it will go away soon. I seem to be stuck at 165 lbs, everytime I go down to 159 I come back up.

I can relate, I also got in a 30 min walkduring lunch, it was hot, but feels good after.
