Diario de Gisme, 03 ene. 13

Have been tracking all week so far. Two days to go. I did reasonably well on new years eve...drank three light beer and a sip of champagne and shared a steak dinner and ate it with veggies and thats it. Now today was a mess. I had woke up late so had a sausage and egger without the egg. That I realized was probably about 12 points just for that. Good thing it filled me up for the whole day cause I had a terrible rush at work and had to miss lunch. Was having major headache and irritation after work so we all went to swiss chalet. I had fries and chicken. mm mmm.

Anyways I didnt eat very healthy today but because veggies and fruits are free might just eat those for the rest of the night to make up for my earlier fast food binges at swiss chalet and tim hortins. I guess its good to know that I need to wake up earlier to avoid that crap.
