Well its that time again. wt down to 180.1 that 1.1 pounds lost. chest is 39 down from 39 1/9, waist 31 3/4 down from 32, hips 40 1/4 from 40 1/2, left mid thigh 20 3/4 from 21, and left upper arm 12 from 12 1/2. I guess those wts is helping me run with them.
