Well today is tuesday that means tomorrow will be weight in. I need to lose 1.5 pounds to be on track. Already I have not weight this less since I was 23 years and it took me 12 years to get to this point. I hope to keep it up until I get to 155 to 165 pounds and wearing a 7/8. But I do feel alot better now, just hoping my knee will quite being so tight. I did not do my 4 to 5 mile run/walk yesterday so maybe that will help.
