Patience and persistence! Losing weight can be a slow arduous process. Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight gains. When you first start an exercise program, your muscles can retain water to help them heal. This can show as a temporary gain on the scale. So you will lose fat/inches but the scale will lie temporarily. If your eating foods with a lot of sodium, that can also cause temporary weight gain on the scale. Make sure your drinking water (especially important on low carb). Your weight history looks great, so your doing something right.
