well I started to walk/ jogging 3 to 4 miles at noon, this is my 3rd day. then I walk/ jog the dog and 3 miles. and also I started toning excrise for my inner, outer thigh and my butt area but it was only for 15 minutes. this shit hurts. two months ago when I statrted I weight in at 208, now I am 185.4. So thats 22.6 pounds. I have lose 4.5 inches on my wrist. But my old man states "I don't see it, but now I am looking I see you losing it in all the wrong places. What an ass.
