Today I am still 155 but I am really being stupid with my points. Going over most days. Used every last one of my allowance points and so am going to just have to exercize a bit more and stay within the points now that I am at the halfway point.
Its like a little cheating here and there leads to a downhill spiral of over-consumption.
Thinking of doing twenty minutes of stairs which equates to going up and down 11 sets of 14 steps about three times. Last time I did this I could barely walk for a week but its a killer workout and sometimes its worth it to push my ass to the limit.
Today I find out about the job. Lets hope I got it!
