Yesterday my boyfriend took me out to breakfast. I actually took half it home to eat for today. Times are a changing.
Though I managed to stay within my points dinner last night consisted of weight watchers beer skillet stew and 3 light beers (delish by the way) and though I wasn't hungry alcohol just isn't the most healthy meal replacement item.
I still haven't had time to weight in and though i am 155 right now I will probably have to leave this till tomorrow. I have to study for a statistics exam that I have tonight and that seems more important.
I have noticed a big change in my overall mood and attitude since I have been exercizing so much eating healthier and cut down significantly on alcohol. I think good times are ahead.
