Down another pound this morning but am only going to record my weight once a week due to fluctuations. I am really impressed with WW at this point. I did not really understand how bad my diet was before. I would stuff my face and work out for an hour thinking that would negate the food I just mowed down.

I wonder what is going to happen when I hit 150 (within the next few weeks at this rate). I also wonder what is going to happen with the bonus points. Are the weekly allowance points actually built in so that I would still lose weight while using them? Seems hard to believe in a way but I guess I can ask my team leader tonight when I do my weigh in.

Who knows could possibly be at my five percent goal tonight when I weigh in since its just over eight lbs and I am literally down about eight lbs this morning.

When you reach goal, your daily intake increases some to maintain that weight. =)

When I did WW (many years ago) it maintained the principle that your points allowance are calculated to create the deficit per week in calories that will contribute toi a healthy weekly loss. If you continue at that weekly calorie intake after reaching your goal, you'll continue to lose until you reach the weight that requires that amount of cals to maintain. This can be pretty unhealthy for some people. Other people adjust their goal and aim for less. It's all stuff you should consider and read about.

Yeah, I think when I get to my goal weight I will certainly look into that. When I do lose the amount of weight maybe I will start using my weekly allowance points to maintain.? 26 points seems like more then enough at this point. I have just cut out all the junk but am never hungry, just sometimes want to eat out of boredom.
