Diario de Gisme, 18 nov. 12

Chili on brown rice was actually a really good choice for lunch yesterday. I ate it around 1 pm and was full for the rest of the day. I am thinking since my boyfriend ordered pizza wings and fries at one am and I had one slice of pizza one chicken wing and a handful of fries in the middle of the night its two pieces of Canadian Bacon worth one point for breakfast and chili on rice for lunch.

Have a new way to do cardio and it is to break it into three half an hour intervals to be done approximately after each meal. At least while I am funemployed and on days I am not going to the gym.

I am supposed to go to my girlfriends next friday and have a couple drinks. It is going to be so hard to burn off those points again...drinking is really screwing up my weight loss journey. I talked to a thin friend of mine and she said she drinks twice a month. Mabye it is something I can just kick my ass to do.
