Diario de Katsolo, 25 feb. 19

Monday, Monday, Monday and it's sizing up to be a monster of a week already. That said, it's not freezing and it's sunny, which always helps. I am on day two of the downturn, one more day and I get to log it for keeps. That's a nice surprise. Got a new smaller balance board for under my desk from Amazon - daily deal. I'm going to put a box on my desk for a high tech rising desk to see if I can work standing on it. I already know my core is stronger, been working on that, but this will be a nice, passive way to keep the muscles engaged during the day which is a challenge with the longer work days which are apparently ahead of me again.

Got my straight up stevia in, bought the Mommy Knows Best brand and it was a good deal and doesn't have much of a bitter aftertaste. Putting the Truvia away for company. Don't need anything in my life that causes cravings. So weird how that all works. I do better with small quantities of straight up sugar.
