Indulged a little bit yesterday. Had half a lasagna and no garlic toast and a homemade salad for dinner yesterday. My portion there was also cut in half of what I usually eat. Made a gluten free carrot cake for my daughter and had to test some of that too...It was so good. Have used up all my fitness points which isn't really a bad thing when considering they should be used anyways.
Still down five lbs and dont think the scale is going to go down anymore this week. Worked out five days in a row, and spent 1.5 hours on the treadmill yesterday. Today I will probably take my self to the gym and do some weight lifting for a bit too. Dont think working out seven days a week when a lot of it can be just spent on my treadmill while watching television is going to tire me out or over-train me.
There is a six pack of bud in the fridge my boyfriend left here and its a wonder I dont even want to touch it. Really miraculous given how much I've drank in the last year.
Keep thinking to myself how thin I want to be when I get tempted. I think a cheat here and there is okay because that is the beauty of WW. I have been working out every day and eating really clean. I think a little reward is okay once in a while.
