Diario de Gisme, 11 nov. 12

Today I am still sticking to my points. I had three glasses of skinny girl wine yesterday which actually worked out to zero points. Even if they were three points each like the weight watcher book says it is for a small glass of wine it would have been fine since I havent used any of my 49 bonus points nor any of my 17 accumulated fitness points.

I have noticed a significant reduction in appetite. I am not sure whats causing this other then it might just be healthy eating promoting more healthy eating. I notice my cravings for beer has pretty much gone as well which is also a benefit of healthy eating I am guessing.

Ill take whatever I can get at this point. Still sitting at 159 lbs but I am pretty pleased with that since its progress.

Going to work out again today for an hour..that would make it five days in a row. Doing three days of cardio and two days of weight training.

Just FYI, NO alchol is 0 points! you must account for the 'sugar alcohols' that are in it, and the WW plan says to use the points values listed in their "Dining out" Guide. Don't be surprised if you don't see as much of a loss as you expect because of not calculating the alcohol properly. You might want to post on the weightwatchers site to see if anyone knows what the points in that drink REALLY are(I don't drink alcohol so can't help you there, sorry).

Oh, well I used the caculator and imput the information and the points was zero. I drank a few small glasses which according to the book would be nine points and I now have 22 fitness points I havent touched as well as my 49 extra points and I weigh in on tuesday. I dont think I will have a problem losing the extra weight cause Ive already lost four lbs in the last five days. Thanks for the info though.
