Diario de Gisme, 10 nov. 12

Day four of the weight watchers diet. I have lost some weight, I actually feel less sluggish and less hungry. I guess eating all those fattening unhealthy foods just make one want to gorge more.

I find it almost a challenge to fill my 26 points and on top of all the hours im logging at the gym im going to have close to 75 unused points at the end of the week.

Made homemade whole wheat pizza last night,toppings were good the dough was to much though so will take a while to perfect the crust but was really pretty good for a first start. Maybe wholewheat crust is harder to deal with im not sure.

My knees hurt when I stand around, thinking its all this weight. Saw this skinny as a rail girl at the gym yesterday and realized I dont want to be a twig with no curves what so ever...I think 120-125 will be a good size for me.
