My weight keeps going up. I'm getting pissed. I played an hour of tennis yesterday, controlled my cals..nothing seems to be happening, in fact, I'm going up. I swear if I see 215 tomorrow...I swear....

Well, you can't punch yourself in the face, so you may as well just accept it. Maybe you're gaining some of that muscle I keep hearing so much about!

I'm pretty sure its muscle. I know it gets frustrating but don't give it!
