Two days in a row of entering my food again. 58 more to go until it becomes a habit again. Just kidding, I'll do better as it does help me to see results.

LOL! I understand that comment! It helps me, too, though. I really didn't think that it did, and had stopped entering my food for a while. I decided to try it again and was really surprised at how many carbs I had been eating. Those little devils can creep up on ya before ya know it lol
