I have decided to do Cardio and 10 minute workout and follow the lose Jean size in 10 days for 10 days. Then I'll do 10 minute workout plus some type of cardio for one month. I'm trying to add the 3 - 4 moves a day with the 10 minute workout by working on same body part with the 3-4 moves. Some days I'll mix it up at the gym for variety. Today is day 1 of my mix it program.
