yeah, I do weigh myself daily, it actually keeps me motivated...I had trouble counting my calories last night because what I ate was not in the food bank, so I tried to find something as close to it as possible...I had a traditional quebecois meal of ragu de boulette and la tourtiere du lac...plus I snacked a lot,I counted them but still I went overbroad...

I was dancing just before and my son started to cry so I picked him up and continued dancing do you think carrying a 16lb weight burns more calories...
