Diario de Katsolo, 14 oct. 18

Swam with the new paddles today. They’re probably twice as big as my hands, I have a feeling I’m going to be sore tomorrow. That said, it was a good workout and I turned the current up another notch. Finished off with some breast stroke. Not my favorite, but I needed to practice. It will be interesting to see how all these resistance tools translate into results if I decide to try and compete again. Yeah, that thought keeps entering my brain. No open water for me though. Pools only. Funny thing is, I’ll likely get my butt handed to me with all the retired pros around here. I need to get some actual lane time in for backstroke, too. Good times, good times.
