Diario de Katsolo, 10 oct. 18

I hate those days when I have to force myself to be honest with the journal. I was hungry mid-morning and ate half a chicken sausage, no big deal except that I forgot when I made my lunch and used a whole one in my salad. And then I ate the last two bites (1/4 got tossed to a sad looking dog), but I was good and logged the whole thing and I will adjust for it elsewhere today. So there you go. It's done and gone. Burp.
