I'm staying pretty steady, which is good for the way I've been eating. I notice a lot of you talking about TOM and how it wreaks havoc with your weigh-ins. What exactly does it do? Do you retain water and weigh more? If that's true then I would have a good excuse. Anyway, I do really well eating all day at work, and then I get home and my kids always have something yummy that I shouldn't have and I end up messing up at night. I need to start excercising more and really have some willpower at night, then I might see that scale start moving again.
