Diario de sacchimo, 21 ago. 12

Week three of P90X and Plyo was easier but I am still wiped out! I find that I am doing more each time. But I am very hungry right now so think I will grab a bananna or a Shakeology to keep me from munching! I am gong to have to see if this happens everytime I do Plyo and be prepared.
