Well I am very pleased to report that I have finished the seond phase and my results are in for the two weeks are:
Weight: - 8.5 pounds Waist: -1" Hips: -1.5" R. thigh: -1.5" L. thigh: 1" chest the same
Final week on the reset then starting P90X again! Oh and I need to go shopping for some new clothes :)
