I am doing well. Yesterday I did not drink enough water in the afternoon and I did not get my dinner until late in the evening because I was away and did not have food at my disposal. I rode the recumbent bike before I went away and again when I returned. All in all I am happy with my progress.
I will be leaving on a week long vacation on Saturday. I am committed to this and I have FATSECRET on my phone so I can journal my food and activity. We are driving, so my scale is going with me. I must remain accountable to the scale.
