Ok, so I'm getting that the results I want are not going to appear overnight! I was feeling a bit discouraged because I felt like I was working really hard and sticking to my calorie count and wasn't seeing the big results I wanted. My clothes fit me better and people I've run into are telling me how good I look and that they can tell I'm losing weight. Sometimes all it takes is a little recognition so that you know your hard work is paying off. I read an article in prevention magazine about a women that was my height, a little older and it took her 9mos to lose 30lbs. by eating right and working out! That was an eye opener cause I want to lose 19-20 lbs and I just started taking myself seriously and doing the work as of March 1st that's 7wks and my expectations were huge. It's gonna be ok!
