it is only temporary never hate yourself! Hate the addiction and fight it off by ignoring the I cant and just do it... Switch up your diet for the week and do not weigh in for 7 days see what happens, keep the faith and kick the hate to the curb.

It’s probably just water weight, my weight fluctuates at least 3 times 1.2lbs through the week but it’s entirely water weight. So don’t hate yourself, & especially for something small like that, just ignore it and move forward 👍🏻
