Well, since my last weigh in (that was back before Christmas of 2011, I have gained back 17 pounds. I was just going to slack off during Thanksgiving and Christmas, but I fell so far off of the "wagon" that I couldn't even find it, nor did I look for it, after Christmas! I am so disappointed in myself, but I've made up my mind that the past is the past, and I'm looking forward! I am recommitted to counting calories and making it a life style instead of a diet!
I do have a question for those of you who are also counting calories. Do you also take into consideration the amount of fat,fiber, protein, etc. in the foods you eat, or do just strictly count calories? Please help! I need all the encouragement I can get!! Thanks!!
