Diario de similes, 01 abr. 18

I’ve been on an anti inflammatory successive elimination protocol since last Sunday, and entered into the three days of liquids only today. I also did 21min of HIIT five out of seven days, but skipped my calisthenics a couple of those days. But even on a cleanse my tummy measurements didn’t go down as much as I expected. 33 3/4” at my belly button, 42 3/4” at my hip, down a quarter inch each over last week. Progress is being made quarter inch by quarter inch.
75,1 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 4,3 kg.    Aún para ir: 4,8 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

DO N OK, I often forget to include my bicycle commutes in these posts, I bicycle between 30 and 40 minutes each way to two of my three jobs, 4-5 times a week. When I started this new push to lose weight, I added the high intensity interval training (HIIT), to the routine of years, and became more consistent with my T-TAPP basic calisthenics, which I've gone back to over and over again since it consistently clears my sinuses by the end of a 10 minute routine. The 10 day elimination cleanse is something I do twice a year on average, usually fall and spring, as a reset for the new season. My parents are being more adventurous than I this year, and instead of a 3 day liquids only (with protein powder and fresh pressed juices) cleanse end, they are planning a three day water fast. One of them is retired, the other will be off work for those three days.
