Diario de CookieBiscuit, 12 mar. 18

I didn't want to weigh myself this morning or enter my weight on FatSecret.
Reason being, i didn't do so great last week (exercising) and the weekend (bad food choices)
I ate without guilt.
I knew the consequences of jumping on the scale
My girlfriend says she can see a slight difference
My gran says she can see a bit of a change, i just need to work on my butt (i love my big butt)

I was lazy to go for my walk this morning, i opted for the snooze button rather.
I'm rambling again lol
Anywho *sigh*
I freaken gained weight
I'm not going to dwell on it
I'm moving on
I'm not going to be negative about it
131,3 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 16 kg.    Aún para ir: 31,3 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
