Holding steady - having fun if fun is feelin better , lost weight , met some great people , eating great food , learning everyday , sharing , yes having fun -
This is busy time right now so I don't get a chance to participate as much - areal downer - not taking it out on food , it's just reality -
I need to go through all posts but thanks to hese folks of the few of many I went through - dboza , draglist , 371, Murph, peasy, klynn, aziggle , amandakane1,wannabehealthier,maxie4,he77,sinnabunz- Che's,patty,Cherie,dhatura,Phoenix and I know I forgot some - I promise to thank in the near future-
Really , besides family and close friend time at home , this experience with fs has changed my thoughts with people because I was going very negative with people - I can come here and feel accepted no questions asked , no expectations except my own - I can ask questions without feeling like a moron . I hope everyone can feel that way on here -
Find what fits your style, embrace it, don't veer from it(much, we all do) and just execute - emotion in losing can be great but on the flip side is a killer -put it on your schedule , to do list and simply make it happen. Start with simple goals , not too much , achieve them , go to the next , etc and you will be amazed at how strong and great person you really are - Depend on yourself everyday and everyone here will support you - I DO
With that I am spent, this posting gets me emotional for all of the great things going on now and in the future - With dedication, you all will experience it -
