Went to the gym again today felt so good!
Though i had to not do a full work out because i haven't worked out in ages.
No change in mah weight but i've seen a visible change in my wasitline which is always good.

68 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 2 kg. Aún para ir: 13 kg. Dieta seguida: Bien.

I'm learning that progress doesn't always show on a scale. It's always much better when you feel the change in your body. Congrats on the visible changes.
